Regular avocado VS Slimcado
I know regular avocado has healthy fats. What are some opinions on weather the slimcado is better or not... Aside from the fact that they are bigger (more avocado is always better in my book)

A snack that won't cost a bazillion calories?
I'm looking for a snack that I can have between lunch and dinner that isn't a bunch of calories per serving. And it'd be a plus if the ingredients weren't too pricey. I get lots of good ideas online, but most of those ingredients I would never normally purchase at the store. Thanks for the help!

Embarrassing Food Moment
What's your most "embarrassing food moment"? I had one yesterday. There was a leadership fair in the student center of the university I attend. Away from all the booths was this big lovely table of coffee and muffins and other goodies. My school does a lot of free food events like this and people were just walking up to…

Salad Dressing ideas
Does anyone have any recipes for or know of any brands of salad dressing that is both low-fat and low sodium. I seem to find mostly low-fat, once in a while a low sodium but not both. Also, add me if you wish, I could always use more friends and support. The mutual encouragement seems to be a huge factor.

Grocery Shopping Grumble
When I was at the store last night I really wanted some yogurt, but I had to wonder: why do all the good flavors have to be the "light" version? They are all made with aspartame which gives me a headache. The same goes for canned fruits. Any of of the "light" are made with sucralose. Simply put, the thought of eating…

Ate about 3000 calories today, will I gain weight?
Hey, I'm only 5 foot, 102 pounds in which only 3 months ago I was 92. I'm trying to go back to my original weight so I've been doing a pretty decent job eating only 1200 calories a day, or about 1500 with exercise. Well today I've been having non-stop cravings, and somehow I managed to eat 3000 calories just from…

Daily goals
When you are evaluating your food diary and choices for the day, do you focus mainly on calories or the individual other goals (calcium, carbs, fat, sodium, etc.)? TOO MUCH VOLUME in one meal
2 cups soup, 2.5 cups veg (dense stuff, peppers, sprouts, not just your leafy greens), a fish fillet. I am going to burst. I have never experienced this kind of discomfort after eating, ever. So that's neat, in that I'm learning something new. But how to fix/how long to wait/any OTCs recommended?
