Food Scale and Weight Scale
Who has one, what brand(s) are they and what do you like about them? I need to purchase a new weight scale for myself but, I want a food scale for in the kitchen. I think it will do me some good to actually measure the ounces on my meats and such instead of guessing.

I, like so many others, saw the Dr.Oz show where he talked about the green coffee bean pills that you can take that will help you lose double the weight. For those that did not see it they did a study on 100 people and they all took either the pill or a placebo and the ones that took the pill lost double the weight. They…

Macros
Hi, I'm just using my account again because I got tired of the other app I was using to track food. I found it very unreliable, even though I lost weight. Anyway, I'm having trouble getting in the protein that I need everyday. I definitely don't want to eat more meat because I tried it once and I felt really uneasy and I…

Tea and curbing sweet cravings

Whole v. 2% milk
According to the nutrition info on this site, whole milk has less cholesteral and sugar than 2% milk, and the same calories. Does anybody know if this is true? I've heard that whole milk is more satisfying to the system. If the numbers are better, I'll switch to whole milk.
