calories in a whole chicken without skin?
I'm thinking of buying rotisserie chicken, removing the skin, and just eating pieces of it over the course of 3 days -- seems like an easy way to eat a low calorie, decent tasting food without much effort. eating food hot/cold-make difference in nutritional value?
Just a thought, if you warm a food up and eat it hot does it alter the nutritional value eg calories? E.g. Bread vs Toast Chocolate vs melted chocolate ????

Daily Log Goals

I used to do the Scottish Slimmers diet and you could have 2 portions of fruit and as much veg without counting. Also a small amount of milk or other dairy, but I can't remember how much. Eating to much protein?!
I've noticed through my tracker that I ALWAYS go over in my protein category. I've heard protein is good for you, but I just wanted to make sure if to much wasn't bad? Should I try to stay to what my recommended protein goal says, or is it ok to go over?

With the whole 'you should never go under 1200 calories a day' thing....is that your net calories or just pure intake of calories for the day? Ie - if your exercising should you always be having more than the 1200 minimum? Sorry if this seems like a really obvious question
