Measuring Glasses

RAW foodies?
Anymore about? I probably 'cook' around 40% raw now, just made a wonderful raw sunflower pate and a raw hummus. I am really looking forward to getting a food dehydrator so that i can make sprout crackers and things. Would love to hear from more raw folk!

Question about daily calories.. 669?
I normally eat about 1,300-1,600 per day but today I have somehow only eaten 669 calories including breakfast lunch and dinner. Why am I gaining weight?
