I heard there is a big difference in thin or thick skinned fruit in regards to weight loss and sugar content? Can anyone help me with finding info on this?

Water weight
So once I started dieting with this site my weight PLUMMETED lol. went from 188 to 179 in a matter of days. Obviously that's just water weight and I'm about to plateau out. But how much water weight can a person expected to lose before getting into actual fat loss?

Help!!
Is there anyway to change the calorie intake you want on MFP? Because they have me set for 1270 but i think i need to eat more because i am always so hungry especially after i run 5 miles everyday i need to eat more! I usually eat all or half of my exercise calories back but ... is there any way to change this?

Potatoes are driving me crazy!

too much carbs?
if i eat my goal amount of calories, but i'll also be at my goal amount of carbs or a little bit higher, will i gain fat? i had some white rice for lunch today and i'm a bit worried. my goal is 191 grams of carbs a day and i wonder if it's not too high?

1200 calories a day questions...?
MFP has calculated that I need 1200 calories a day or over to lose weight. But I'm a recovering anorexic, and throughout all of my teenage life I have eaten 400 calories or less a day, and I have stayed at 112 lbs.
