Is avocado worth the calories ?
I've got a real craving for avocado. I bought some yesterday and just checked the database for calorie content. I knew it was on the high side. But I'm not sure I was prepared for approx 250 for a medium avocado. That bumped my lunch allocation up to nearly 500 cals which is a lot for me. So are the benefits of the good…

I know I'm not alone when I say healthy food can be really really good. Some of the best tasting foods can be considered healthy. So why do we continuously go back to junk…
