I am trying to lose weight and was given 1500 calories. I seem to do pretty well during the day, but after dinner I want to snack on EVERYTHING. I don't know if I need to adjust what I eat during the day and eat more in the evening?

Bad day
I started my morning great today. Had a walking cardio workout and felt great! But had fast food for lunch, came home and devoured Oreos (10) and had Meri chocolate (3). Finally for dinner I had two tomallies, one beef enchilada, ang Arizona Mucho Mango tea. How couldy day go south so quickly?
