Low Carb Snacks
I just recently realized that all my snacks usually consist of carbs and I'm trying to eat a more balanced ratio of carbs/protein/fat. My snacks usually consist of banana, rice cakes, baked chips, nutrigrain bars, or granola bars. I need good snacks I can take to work with me that aren't all carbs.

Iron rich foods
I am low on my iron every day so I googled "Iron rich foods". I came across two lists of food. Both of the lists state that wholemeal bread and baked beans contain iron. I have had beans on toast for lunch today and have recorded it. Both products say 0 iron. How can this be? :huh:

The site says that my daily goal of calories is 1428. If I go under 1200 it tells me to add more food & if I stay above 1200 & under 1428 its fine. Is this ok if im inbetween 1200-1428???
