I never feel satisfied
I eat all of my cals (including my exersize cals) and I feel full, but I never really feel satisfied anymore. I try and switch up the foods I eat so that I don't get bored, but I'm still not satisfied. Anyone else feel this way? If so, how did/do you fix it? Thanks!

Are you eating 1200 calories a day?

Is it bad to eat less fat?
So today I have reached about 50% of the recommended fat intake per MFP. I am currently at 23 grams. Is this bad? I know that people go on low fat diets all the time so would it hurt me to reduce my fat and my calories? At this point I am willing to try anything as I have been stuck for 2 months with no weight loss.

Natural sodium ok?
Does anyone know if natural sodium is as bad for you as "regular" sodium, like table salt? I love celery but it is high in sodium but I wondered if natural occurring sodium is like natural occurring sugar--not as bad as refined stuff? I can't find much about it on the 'net and was hoping maybe someone might have some clue.
