Today I had a boca burger for lunch 90 cals. With burger bun 130 cals + 1/2 slice cheese 35 calories and coleslaw 25 cals w/ 1 tablespoon of red. fat mayo mixed in 20 cals I put the coleslaw on the burger and it actually made the boca burger not half bad. I won't buy that brand again but I don't like wasting food. 300…

Pop tarts
I have to eat 1500 calories a day and it is indeed hard! I figured that since Pop Tarts are calorie dense, I could eat those. I've had two a day for the past three days but I can't help but wonder, despite my other healthy eating, will all the Pop Tarts' crap prevent me from losing weight?
