Marinades
I have a KC Masterpiece Sesame Teriaki marinade that I love. I add chicken, mushrooms and onion and put it on kabob sticks. I am not really sure how to calculate the calories of the marinade, because it seems like most of it is left in the bottom of the bowl after I put the ingredients on skewers. Any ideas?

Who knew that eating ONE item of junk food could throw a body out of whack? I ate one small walnut brownie yesterday, and uggggggghhhh....I had stomach cramps all night.
