Does anybody know?
I had a veggie sub from subway last night. Every time I have one I can't get over how delicious the subway dressing is. Does anyone know what is in it or care to guess? It sort of tastes like cole slaw dressing. I would love to make a salad with dressing like that.

Add 1 source of protein to each meal
A serving size is about 3 oz. Add 1 serving of protein to each meal and it will prolong your hunger. I saw my dietician (sp) 2 days ago and she told me this. It's working. I typically like to have eggs from breakfast, so I questioned her about the cholesterol content in eggs. She agreed that EGGBEATERS are an alternative…

Honest Teas
Have any of the rest of you tried these? I fell in love with them last year because they're the first tea I've really found that wasn't sickeningly sweet. Sadly they're a touch expensive, but since you can now get half gallon bottles its a good bit cheaper. I have a bottle of the Mango White Tea in my fridge now. They're…

save extra calories if I went over other days?
It looks like I am going to have about 250 calories left over today (that's amazing because that is still allowing me to have a can of pepsi and some oreos, my fav). I know the importance of eating all of your calories and such. However, this will be the first night that I have had that many left over, I usually go over by…
