I am 15 weeks pregnant! I weigh 258 lbs, 255 before pregnant... I need some tips on how to lose weight safely! Anyone else successfully lose weight when pregnant?

I used to have a versa which worked great but upgraded to a versa 3. It seems to be way over estimating my calorie burn 800 for an he walk - 3miles) for example. I’ve been looking at the sense. Can anyone recommend an accurate monitor? Getting a bit annoyed I haven’t lost last 2 weeks and no decent logs of exercise.

Why is it so hard to loose baby weight..?

Is eating later in the day causing higher scale fluctuations?
Recently I've been eating my last meal around 3-5 hours later than I normally do and I've noticed a recent uptick of 2 pounds in scale weight. Nothing else has changed so I'm wondering if it's just due to eating later in the evenings, I'm not that concerned I just want to track down the cause of it.

Gaining weight in a deficit
So I weigh and track everything. To the point of obsession. MFP allows me 1500 a day for a 500 deficit. I also work out with weights 5-6 times a week. At the end of the day when we close out our diaries, it estimates the weight you will be at in 5 weeks. I have been watching it and curious as to other peoples experience with this. I do not eat all the calories back it says because it is definitely to much for me, even though the projected weight is low.
