Exercise how do you know how many calories
In the daily diary it has a section for exercise and ive been trying to work out if i have to manually add it, do i have to google activities and time and get the calories burned and add it in myself? Im surprised i cant find a check like the food has whivh has hot me thinking perhaps its there?

So I am 45. 5'5 and 115 lbs. I lowered my cal intake to 1200. I excercise atleast 30 min or more 6 days a week. I also intermittent fast everyday and calorie cycle on the weekends.
