Eating dinner at 8pm
Hi everyone, I normally eat around 250 calories for breakfast, about 350 for lunch and then at dinner I usually eat salmon with veggies which is about 900 calories. One meal a day
I been trying the one meal a day for the week but I might be doing it wrong. I feel quit sick after and very uncomfortable ...almost in pain.I stop eating around7:30 pm and the next day I eat at 4:30-7pm. I try eating around 1200 cal but I’m more comfortable around 800. Counting calories with a margin of error.
I've read that the calories displayed on packaging can be up to 20 % inaccurate. Knowing this, should I account for that kind of discrepancy? Is my 1200 really that or should I assume that im actually eating at maintenance?

It has been a while since I weighed in, I weigh in at 24 hour fitness and they have been closed for a while. Bought a scale today and weighed in at 192! So happy, its been hard. Next goal, 188!
