Fitbit exercise calories didn't sync
My steps for yesterday have logged ok on MFP but it says zero for calories. I've used MFP and Fitbit together for months without any problems. I tried disconnecting Fitbit from mfp but it won't disconnect. I've tried syncing again a few times too. Any ideas?

Help with weight loss
I’m a 40 year old man was over 300 lbs. With the quarantine, I had plenty of free time and started doing some workouts and counting calories. Most days I’m at 1600ish calories. Friday I eat pizza with my kids so I don’t pay attention to counting. So at about a month into this new diet I hit 285. Last two weeks, the scale…

MFP deficit less than BMR?
Hi everyone, My wife and I started using MFP just a few days ago and I have a question regarding MFP's 'recommended' calorie goal. Here's mine for example. MFP has my goal set at 1930 calories a day. According to a few different online calculators my BMR is 2380. First of all, this is not a deficit large enough to lose a…

Drinking water
Hi, does anybody have any tips on how to increase water intake? I am fully aware of how important drinking water is for weight loss/fat burning/general health but I really don’t enjoy drinking it. Is eating 900 calories sometimes okay?
I’m 21/5’2/106pounds. Trying to cut down to 101. Eating 1300-1400 calories a day seems to have slower result. is it okay to zigzag calorie intake? Low cals today then normal calorie allowance tomorrow then low calories again the day after tomorrow. Will this not mess up my health/metabolism?🤔

not consuming enough calories for weight loss??

Ratio water/fat loss
Hi guys, I enjoyed this quarantine period to lose some fat. I'm losing between 350g-450g of fat per week (calorie deficit around 3500k per week), it represents between %50 and %60 of the total weight. I cut carbs so I was expecting to lose water, and I was wondering if this ratio was good or if I was losing too much water.…
