Hungry days off
How is it that I eat more on my days off (the days I'm not active) then the days I do work (the days I am active). I just don't understand. I try really hard to stay under my calorie goal on my days off but I'm just too hungry! I eat stuff like carrots and it helps but not a ton. Any ideas?

I think I'm doing it wrong. How do you know your in the same spot? I've read its supposed to be the largest area, but I mean, If I'm lower, higher even by a little bit it could show smaller or bigger.... So what does everyone else do?

Hello, Obviously this is not my usual problem or I wouldn't be on this site. If you don't get enough calories in, do you eat at the end of the day? How late? I am not using the excercise calories. My weight loss is slow on a good day. I just don't count those at all. Any one have this experience?
