Sleep and appetite

digital or old school scale?
Which is more accurate a digital one or the other ones? We have a digital one in our bathroom but everytime i step on it, it says something different. MFP and Weight Watchers
Ok, I used to follow Weight Watchers and I apply a few of their rules to MFP. On Weight Watchers, Vegetables are completely free, zero points so you can eat them freely. I do that now as well as have my 1200 calories. Does anyone else do this? what do you guys think of it?

Stuck on weight loss
I have so far lost 20 pounds but in the last three weeks nothing has dropped off. I am not doing anything different, same diet and same amount of exercise but the weight it just stuck here. Anyone experience this as well, and what to do about it? Thanks.

How often do you weigh yourself?
I find it really de-motivating jumping on the scales every morning, becuase the weight fluctuates and the loss seems so minimal so I do it every week and a half or two weeks. And I make it a point not to even look at the scales until then. How about you? And why? Thanks!

Does skin adhere to muscles?
Looked online and I cant really find anything on this subject. This I guess would fall under loose skin etc I guess. Need help with the gut....
