reached my goal weight but still feel fat

Force myself to eat another snack or forget about it?
So I am just above the 1200 calorie mark and I have about 436 more that I could eat this evening but I'm not hungry.... What should I do? Should I have another small snack or just let it be? I don't want this to affect my weight loss.

Eating Late
Ugh so I have been doing good watching what i eat, but because of my work schedule, I'm not able to eat until later. beating myself up!!!
