Dont know how to stop this...
I do great all day then mid night from sleep eat junk....anywhere from 100 to 300 calories that put me over. One Bad Day !
Can anyone help? I had one bad day yesterday at a friends house with food nibbles. I'm back on track today and it's the first i've faltered since January 20th.
