Spacing calorie allowance throughout the day
Hi there- just a quick question, although I think I already know the answer. Does it really matter if you spread your calories out throughout the day or concentrate them in one or two meals as long as you stay within your goals? Question??
So I had a really bad day yesturday as far as my diet goes. But I woke up this morning and weighed in (like I do every morning) and lost 2 lbs from yesturdays weigh in. Does anyone know why I didn't just stay the same weight after eating almost 1200 calories over my suggested amount? Thanks for the help :)

i know 3500cals=1lb. i started working out 5 times a week last week. say i workout 1hr a day (30min cardio+ 30min lightweights/abs) 4-5 times a week and eat 1200cals a day at the most.. how much weight am i gona lose by may?? Net Calories: Do I need to eat them all?
After I have a tough workout and plug it in, I always have about 200-300 net calories...but by the end of the day I rarely feel deprived. I was wondering if after you work out and earn net calories, do you HAVE to eat them all to lose weight? Thanks!
