Well, it was bound to happen. The wheels on the diet train came off the rail on Sunday. There was just too much good food and drink at a Super Bowl party I attended. When is it actually a plateau?
I am just curious about this. So many people post that they are in a plateau and it seems like it is just normal and not actually a plateau. I never thought that not losing one week or even two is necessarily a plateau. I've always thought maybe 3 weeks, but usually more of not losing weight and doing what should be right…

ive put my self as a sedentary as i have a desk job and dont move to much durring the day. I do walk to and from work which takes about 40 minutes at 3.5mph... i recon about 2 1/2 miles... but ive just added that as extra excersize as the rest of the time i sit on my a**s!! is this right du think?

Is my HRM totally off?
How many calories should I be burning in a day without serious exercise? I hit the gym for an hour yesterday, but today I just did laundry, cooked, walked uphill to the pub to watch the game, etc. Nothing big.
