Weight Loss Goals
So, when I set my goals out, apparently I underestimated myself. I had hoped to weigh 218 by May 22nd, I now weigh 210... and my next goal was 205 on July 17th... definitely gonna be way under that by July. A little cold-with big calories
I think that I have caught a little cold from my students in my classroom. I know this might sound crazy, but I'm afraid to drink juice in fear that it is a ton of calories! What should I do?
