Not hungry
I don't know what my deal is but for the past week, I just don't feel hungry at all. I eat because I need to and still continue to keep up with my calories but I am just not hungry. Question about "Add Exercise"
When I signed up I told MFP I was going to exercise (I walk a mile every night) 7 times a week. Did it weigh that into my calorie goal? I've also been adding my walk with "Add Exercise" every night. Does this mean I've been recording it twice?

Headache
I started dieting on Tuesday. Since then, I've had terrible headaches. I've been hydrating and have not cut out caffeine. I'm not at a significantly low deficit (goal is 1480/day). Has this happened to anyone? What helped for you?

I don't understand how the calories gained work. If I burn off 300 calories does that mean I can add those calories in food and still lose weight or if I only eat my allotted calories do the earned calories subtract from the calories I put in that day?

Great start then loss stalled
With a 40 Lb loss goal I stay at 1200 cal/day easily. Sometimes a little less. Working out 3 times a week. The first week I lost 8 lbs. Way more than I expected. Now ice lost nothing for 5 days. Trying not to get frustrated.
