back on track
The last few months have been crazy and I've gotten totally out of hand. I started a new job and moved across the country. I've been eating out a lot, making very poor choices. All of my clothes are too tight-it's time to re-focus and get back on track.

Logging tips
Can someone tell me how they would "log" yogurt? I own a food scale and can obviously weight the nuts I put in there but the yogurt portion is put in "cups" or by "mL". My scale cannot convert those into grams which is the measurement it uses. Thanks!!

Activity level.
Not sure what activity level I am. I'm currently on maternity leave, up and down with my walking 10 month old. We go for a walk or 2 each day. I have a Fitbit and my daily steps usually between 15-20k Other than that I'd track my running/classes separately. Should I pick the lowest level Sedentary or Lughtly active?

Being hopeful that this time will work
I have never maintained a weight loss and would like this time to be different. I don't like to exercise and right now I have moderate sciatica pain down one leg. I am determined to do the healthy thing for myself and not fall into old patters. I'd love to hear from you.
