"Recent" foods that I haven't used in over a year.
How do I trim some of the junk from my "Recent Foods" tab? There are items in there (Big Blue soda, for example) that I have not had in at least a year. Even then, it wasn't something I had often. But they clog up my "Recent Foods" list, and it's becoming unusable. It's faster to type in and search for things each time…

Hi. I'm new to mfp, and in the UK. I want to lose 6 stone. I've done every diet going, amd I want this to be last time I have to change the way I eat....I need to think of it as a new lifestyle rather than a diet. .anyone else in a similar boat? Would love to make some mfp friends!

Not exactly new...
But I'm starting over again! So far I'm 4 weeks in and have been exercising consistently 6 days a week minus last week (I injured my hip) when I only did 5 days. I'm eating clean and looking to get inspired. Please friend me :smiley:

Just started back on the weekend after being MIA for a while and acquiring a winter coat (and the rest). Is anyone out there from WA or Australia?? frustrated with MFP!
So it won't even count that day when I eat healthy and go to the gym. It says I'm not eating enough, so it won't log it. my only option is to NOT enter my exercise, so it doesn't take off those calories. It won't let me Complete a day that I did good. advice?

How to add exercises?
I went to a Body Pump class at the gym today, it recognises it on the database on here but when I try to add it its not letting me, it says that it isn't found. How do I add it?

Such amazing feeling
Hi!! I been doing this for 30 days and lost 8 pounds I am getting stronger and feeling amazing everyday. Now I can wear dresses, shorts, and lot of my old clothes I had over the years. This is been the best summer for me :)

Keep failing at day one!
I just seem to not be able to even get through half the day without thinking what crap I can go and buy myself. I am in such a bad way. I am wondering if I am ever going to be able to actually achieve my goals. That isn't even an option. If I carry on like this il be double the size I am now! :(
