Problem with pounds lost showing as zero
So, I've lost 3 pounds but on the home tab, my pounds lost is zero. I found out that this is because, a year ago, I had a lower starting weight than I have now (I left MFP and came back). I found the solution to this (you don't need a new account) as follows:

5'10-5'11 goal weight
So my mom and I were having a debate on a healthy goal weight range for me. I am thinking anywhere from 150-170 lb. She says 150 is to low for my frame. What would a healthy goal weight be? According to the frame size calculator I have a broad frame.

Problems changing macros
I am trying to update my macros - 45% protein 35% carbs 20% fat. When I do custom goals it updates the calories but there is no change in the macros at the bottom of my food diary. Has anyone else had this problem?
