No idea where to start!
Hi, Am 25 years old was in normal weight range however all this changed when I had my first seizure. Boo. Medication and feeling lousy in general took its toll. Trying to lose 10kg but no idea where to start? And what's a decent length of time to lose it in :) thanks heaps!

EASY vegan protein options!!??

Getting healthy
i always promised myself I would not be an old fat woman. After a trip to doc my weight had gone to 193 at 5'5. Blood tests came back n my A1C was pre-diabetic. Wake up call at 73 have many more good years so goal is to get back to 140.
