After half the loss crept back:(
my own stupid fault lol. Did I really think I could maintain that loss and not weigh everyday or at least on a regular basis. Or attend those wonderful weigh watcher meeting to know I'm not alone. Back to work now. No crying over spilt milk or milkshakes.
