what should i improve and focus on the most?
here's my fitness score i got a 81% my 2 packs are starting to show but my man-boobs has still not gone away what should i focus on the most? my goal is to get that attractive beach body look i guess what im aiming for is dropping down to 9% fat and gain muscle mass at from 34kg to 50kg is that a correct aim?

Not much progress
I finally compared two photos, one year apart. I see improvement, but not as much as one would expect to see in a year. I lift weights, protein intake is 100g a day. Had to take a month off Cardio and focus 100% on lifting cuz the pool was closed for maintenance. Pretty happy with the results after roughly 40 days. Ive doubled all of my lift weights. My working sets are higher than my old 1 rep max's
