When they say it's just water weight gain...
So what's the difference between water weight and real weight gain. In 1 month, I've put on 5 kg (11 lbs) So everyone will say it's impossible to be putting on THAT much weight, and most of it is water weight. I'm quite confused, because water weight is STILL weight right? What's the difference between this and real weight…

Tips!
Ok. So if you are trying to gain weight you *could* go for the "just eat a bunch of junk food all the time" route, but that is very unhealthy (obviously) and has 0 benefits. Instead, try eating LOTS of protein (and I mean lots)! The protein is sure to bulk you up in no time and if you are a vegetarian/vegan try these high…

Want to gain weight by back logging calories
The theory behind back loading calories means that you have to eat most of your calories in the evening. I like this idea cos I am not a morning person and dont like eating early in the day. So I start the day like this: Breakfast 150cals, snack 75-100cals, lunch 325-350cals. That leaves the rest to fit in over dinner and…

Gaining 5 lbs in 2 day!! Anorexia recovery
Hi! I am in my first week of recovery from anorexia. I'm 19 years old and my lowest weight was 83 lbs. I have been eating around 1800 calories a day and have gained 5 lbs already! I'm terrified with how fast I am gaining weight! Is this going to continue to happen? Is it true body fat weight? Should I keep eating so much???

The only time that I put on weight was when I was put on Prednisone for my Ulcerative Colitis. I went from about 112 pounds up to a maximum of 132 pound by the end of my course of Prednisone. I seemed to have lost my appetite and have had a bout with pneumonia, a bacteria which infected my arm and almost lost it. I am back…
