I'm back
I've been a part of MyFitnessPal for over a decade. But after being hit by a car while riding my bicycle and having my spine dislocated I kind of fell off the wagon. Gained a bunch of weight back and had to learn how to do everything all over again. I've been at it now for 6 months, I've lost 57 lb and I feel great!

I had gastric sleeve surgery 4/29/24. I am down 38 lbs and counting. I have yoyo dieted for 13 years. I had a tumor removed that caused a hormone imbalance and I gained a lot of weight.
