I see when I added my breakfast of a protein shake it has .5 gram of satuarate fat, according to MFP, it is actually 1 gram. But when I check daily values it shows 2 grams of saturated fat consumed with breakfast. But the only thing in breakfast is the shake. Why is this and is their a standard deviation I can assume in…
