:noway: well now another obstacle. I do really well unitl around 4pm. I work 12 hr days (6-6). and by the time I get home around 630 Im starved. Ive been eating my snacks, (apple today) around 3pm, but it doesnt seem to be enough. any suggestions?

Found a new way NOT to snack
I took a knitting class, and I am making a baby blanket for my great-nephew who is due in August. It's a great way to avoid the evening eating in front of the tv - my hands are busy and hands need to stay clean!

I have stayed so good Monday, Tuesday and so far today.
