So how was everyones Holiday week? I haven't had a chance to weigh myself because my significant other moved the scale and doesn't know where he put it. I hate moving because everything changes places a million times before it finally finds it's home.

HELP
I started 6 days ago and up untill new years eve lost 2lb which i was very happy with, i also was jogging for 5 days 30mins each time and feeling better a lot better. Weighed today and ive put on 4 lbs, from only 1 day i cant believe it i feel so stupid Any advice would be good:sad:

feeling bad!
so, yesterday I did great with my eating, had a great workout, and then went to a new years eve party, drank, and did the drunken eating thing! i had 800 cals left when i went to the party, and i ended up eating a big dinner there and THEN some. snacked all night!!! feeling horrible now :frown:

Mindless Eating
My problem has always been eating while watching tv to such an extent that I'm really not aware of what or how much. If this happens to you I would love to hear what you do to control it.

need support
I have a problem with the fact that my family loves to eat junk food and if it is around I am soooooooooo tempted. I have been trying to keep busy and not focus on what is out in the kitchen. Any ideas????????

Frustrated
grrrrrrrrr...........I did so well last week and I thought I was going to do well but this weekend messed me up and I gained 2 pounds...I need to get back on track because I am tired of putting on clothes and them being too tight!!!

I was so afraid the holidays would do me in....

I am giving up for today...
I went to lunch with my mom. I didn't eat a lot but none of the food i ate is listed. I tried to find the calories for egg foo young but one thing said 1140 calories for 1 serving and another said 300 for 1 serving. So i am giving up counting my calories for today..:ohwell:

Christmas is tomorrow! Keep your goals in mind but remember it's a day for celebration so allow some calories for a nice piece of pumpkin pie. I lost 3 lbs this week! I did it!
I met my 12/21 Christmas goal! I've lost ten pounds! I'm really excited, especially since I fell off the wagon last week. I worked out hard this week and started counting calories again and I did it! What motivation for me to keep it up! I really needed this to help me through the next five days! :bigsmile:
