What comes off faster, inches or pounds?
I've been on my diet for a little over a week now. I've only lost 1 pound but 3 inches off my waist. All this time I was focusing on weight which bummed me out because it takes a while to lose just a pound...Should I focus on inches? If they come down faster that's the way I want to go.... :smile:

Today, I really didn't want to workout. I have MS and I wasn't feeling great when I got off work . But I prayed then I wented for 30 minutes and before I was done I felt a lot better. Prayer changes things.. Thanks to you all I have the motivation to keep going an fight.

UGH!!!
I just got home from Target... I went there to buy a scale...and guess what??? It's worse than I had thought!! I was guessing that I weighed 260 lbs....but I weight 266.6 lbs!!!! I know its only 6 more pounds than I had thought....but still.... Ugh... I am so depressed now....:sad:

ok so my goal calorie intake is 1530/day. Can't semm to stay with in my calories
UGH! I can't start at the gym for a few more days and I usually exercise off enough calories that I can get with in my calories. I'm so frustrated! I usually use 600 calories a day exercising. I enjoy eating every one of them, but I can't when I don't exercise. It is hard for me to make the switch! :frown:
