Calorie intake
What’s everyone’s intake? Me personally I’m doing 1200 calories a day, but I don’t count fruit. So I may have a jar of fruit a day (strawberries, watermelon, grapes) or similar, but I don’t ever count it. If I search online it says I can technically eat up to 1500-1600 cal a day for weightloss. Do you reward yourself when you hit a big milestone but still have more to go? If so what do you have in mind? A trip, massage, jewelry, mani/pedi, cheap new clothes that you don't mind if you shrink out of them? Definitely not a food reward, that's part of how I got here in the first place.
