Lots of NSV's today and yesterday
Wow, I am just feeling full of positivity right now. Today, I am comfortably fitting into 33" waist pants. i was 36" in January snuggly. Only 2 or 3 weeks ago I tried these pants and the buttons still had about 1-2 inches to go before they could be buttoned. Man, that is such a huge step for me. Shopping for 36" pants last…

SO as of today I have officialy hit my goal. Granted I only wanted to lose about 12 lbs but, it was what I thought was the last few lbs that my body was holding on to after having 3 children. I guess I was wrong. As of now I do cardio almost every day and weights about 3 times a week. I eat all my excercise calories most…

NSV-Yipppeee
I wear scrubs to work, and most people know they are very forgiving when one gains weight. Likewise using them as a judge of weight loss is also tricky. However, this morning a decided to pull out a pair of scub pants that I haven't worn in ages because they had gotten too tight (actually tight isn't the right word....in…

Punched new holes in belt!
 I lost 17 pounds thus far and find I am on the last hole in my belt, the belt I have worn for the last ten years. It is starting to get loose, so I punched a series of new holes, one inch apart, in anticipation of obtaining my goal width. Shedding another 83 pounds will get me there. I have never tried to lose…

Woo!
I made it through my first week! The scale says I lost 3 lbs. I know probably 2.5 of that is water weight, but who cares? I'm under 170! And I felt like going for a walk yesterday. This may not seem like a big thing, but normally I avoid exercise like the plague, so actually wanting to go out and talk a walk is a huge deal…

NSV - Upper body Work
I've been working on this for about two months. When I started, I was just coming out of a bad shoulder flare (bursitis and impingement syndrome). 1,000,000 Meters
Last October I got a Concept 2 rowing machine and started rowing every day. At the same time I started using MFP to keep track of my total caloric intake. I still eat foods that I like, but MFP helps me understand when I can have something else and when to push the plate away. Anyway, today I passed the 1,000,000 meter…

Sorta NSV
I had lost weight before finding MFP and one of my MFP friends just showed me how to add that to MFP so it shows more accurately how far I've come! So it feels more like a victory seeing that big number instead of my measly 7 I've been stuck on for a while. For some reason people get on here and see a tall girl who weighs…
