5k Goal Met
I ran my first 5k this weekend! :happy: Well, it was more of a run/walk, but I finished it in a little over 44 min and my daughter ran the 1 mile run almost immediately after. Woo Hoo! Next goal is to run the entire 5k without walking.

Woohooo!! Just ckecked my weight report for the last 30 days and I am exactly 10lbs lighter than I was 30 days ago!! That is a good feeling!!! It brings my total weight loss to 30lbs. Not enough calories
I have been following fitness pal for 1 week. I work out 2x a day and burn up on average 500 calories from excercise. I am on a very strict diet, But according to fitness pal I am under my calorie intake everyday. Somedays like today i am under 600 calories. wIll this hurt me in trying to lose weight?

My Mini Victory!!!
I'm so excited. When I started my change roughly a month ago I was in almost too tight 15/16 jeans and now my 13/14 jeans are loose on me. I keep looking at the tags to make sure my eyes aren't playing tricks on me. So all in all 8lbs was almost a size and a half for me. On to more mini victories!!!
