FIRST noticeable CHANGE!!!
So I wear panty hose and a skrit to work every day- the same one - military uniform- and every day the both roll down on themselves- its annoying but i had gotten use to it. Then all of a sudden, they stayed right where they were suppose to stay, no rolling down nothing, they fit like they are suppose to!!!!!

I set my first mini goal to lose 15 lbs by July 8th and this morning (only 4 days late), I met my mini-goal and hit 15.8 lbs lost!! Success! Now on to my next goal of 25 lbs by August 14th! :smile:

My rolls are disappearing, Yeah!!!
Ok, so I don't notice the weight loss going down on the scale much, but I keep checking the rolls on my body and they are shrinking. This is what motivates me to keep on going, keep on exercising although some days I just don't feel like it I just do it because I know next week there will be a change in my body.

Mini Success of the Week!
What was your mini success of the week?? I had a couple: 1. I worked out 6 days this week and burned over 4000 calories! 2. When asked if I wanted a cookie at work the other day, my instant reaction was No....I was amazed that I said "no thanks" before even thinking about it. Woo hoo! :smile:
