Struggling to eat enough!!!
I have only been doing this for 3 days. However I really am struggling to actually eat enough!!! Yesterday (after excersise) I was over 300 calories short of my goal and I had beer, choccie bar and crisps!!!!

WOW First goal reached!!
On July 1st I set out to burn 15000 calories this month. Today is the 19th and I finally crept past 15,000. I have logged 15,030 calories burned that is 4 lbs of fat. I am so stoked. Tomorrow I will start the C5K challenge. I downloaded the program on podcast to help me out! Giddy Me!!!

YAY!
I lost my very first pound from Wednesday to yesturday (Sunday). Very excited! :) For a long time now, I have just been staying at 175lbs...now 174! :) Not a huge accomplishment...but one that I am celebrating! :)

I officially have 100lbs to go until I have a healthy BMI
I'm posting this under success bc when I restarted my weight loss journey in April I thought wow I need to lose triple digits. Now I'm looking forward to making that 100 a 98 by the end of the week! I'm ultimately shooting for 130 but 149 and a healthy BMI will be awesome!

Today I officially crossed a huge milestone, I not only hit, but smashed through 50lbs lost. I am currently at 262.3, starting weight 314. Below I am wearing both 38 jeans (started at a tight 42) and a 2XL shirt, was 3XL. Lots of great support here has been a huge help.
