No More Blood Pressure Meds!
Just got back from my monthly doctor appointment. This was the first month without any of the three blood pressure medications I was on. My blood pressure was 118 over 70! So bye-bye meds, been nice knowin' ya! Also down 5.5 lbs since last month! That's now over 100 lbs. lost! Only 15 more to go to reach my goal!

25 lbs of chicken
is A LOT of chicken!
