YOU KNOW YOU'VE CHANGED WHEN...
Yea, I know we've had several of this kind of thread, but it bears bragging about.... ....when you are told to help yourself to the Cella chocolate covered marachino cherries that you just spotted in a co-workers desk, and FORGET to do so!!!!! Yea, and I'm only 1 lb away from my goal weight.....check the pic!

I think I got high!
A runner's high that is. I never understood how anyone could become addicted to running when everytime I ran I felt like I was going to die. But today I finished week 5 of C25K, which means I ran for 20 minutes straight! Granted I went rather slow, but I did not stop. I am so proud of myself. After the first 7 minutes or…

If every day were like today...
It is amazing because when I first started my new lifestyle my that home screen said something in the 190s. Today it said I would be 154.3 pounds, which is only 4.3 pounds from my goal weight. WAHHHHHHHH yay!!! I can't wait til the day that it says my goal weight is attainable in 5 weeks! :glasses:

20 Down by January
I've been on here for almost a year now. I lost 40 pounds previously using this site and have been maintaining throughout the summer. I joined the Army recently and want to drop another 20 Lbs before I leave for BCT January 20th. Anybody else have a similar goal, maybe we can start a challenge or something..

Still losing :)
I haven't weighed myself ina bout a week now, but I can still see differences, although I've been slacking on excercise(it was a planned slack, I had the cervial cancer vaccine on Monday and knew that I would need a few days off afterwards). However, I've been keeping with my diet, (except for yesterdays sponge pudding,…

First goal acheived!
Well today is starting off well! My 2 week goal was to lose 4 lbs and be at 212.4.... I'm at 212.2!!!! I'm already noticing little differences - my engagement ring is a little looser, and my chest seems to be shrinking. Is this how it was for everyone else? I've heard that once you start getting close to 30, this is what…

Another pound. Yay! And an inch on both my waist and hips. I think my metabolism adjusted to the big calorie shift so the loss is slowing down, but I'm still celebrating! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Chart

Since I started my weight loss journey the earlier part of July...well this is when I really got serious, I've lost between 15-16 lbs...I haven't been able to tell a difference in my appearance and I was getting a little frustrated because I've been working so hard and not physcially seeing any results. Yay me!!
Was frustrated this week because I didn't lose any weight, but I attribute it to my womenly problems(not to be gross) I just did my measurements and I lost 3 inches off my waist in like 2 weeks. There's a possibility my measurements weren't right the first time but even if I lost an inch I think it's good. Rededicating…

Not sure this is a success but.............
My son has been going through some really rough times lately (I won't bore you with the details). Today I went with him to a meeting that he had to attend. Normally, he is not one to notice weight loss or if he does notice he doesn't comment (typical male). Anywho, we stopped somewhere after the meeting and he was walking…

1/3 of me????
I am having a HOLY CRAP moment here..... I started at 239....now 160.8 - loss of 78 pounds If I divide 78 into 239 that's 33% - I've lost 33% of me! WOW! Someone feel free to correct my math if I've done that wrong.... So this is an edit....everyone post the% you've lost - it's so fun and motivational to see the numbers....

SO Proud........
of myself. I have been down in my upper back since Sunday, but yesterday I rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes even though I did not feel like it, and today after I took my daughter Anna to school, I put my son Jacob in the stroller and went walking for 36 minutes even though I really didn't feel like it. I didn't burn…

I can see a difference...can you?
So I've been feeling pretty down lately, despite still being told everyday how I'm starting to look really good and to keep up the good work. I've been on a retched plateau for the past month, and I can't seem to shake it. Its caused me to miss my first mini goal and everything... But then I took a look at a photo I…

Getting closer and closer
Today I hit 55 pounds lost. When I started in January, I wore a 18W. Now I fit into size 12. It is so fun to go shopping now. I have a bunch of new clothes and people at work tell me I'm like a fashion show because I am wearing something new all the time. I still have about 30-40 pound to go, but it is better than the 90+…
