My 5k results
:smile: I ran / walk the 5K today and my time was 35 minutes 29 seconds. I came in 6th in my division. My legs were killing me and I just kept pushing, I knew it was a mental block and my body could take it. I was so proud when I finished and they told me my time. I just finished a 60 minute workout on my stationary bicycle! I'm so excited! Size 12 dress!
I bought one! I bet it is a large 12 and it is pretty snug (I figure this way it will continue fit me for at least a couple months) , but it is a 12 and I have not seen that number in ages. So excited! Now if I can get down to a 10 I will be at my smallest size EVER. Onward!

Whoo Hoo
Just got back from the doctor. He decreased my cholesterol lowering medicine. Stated with what I was doing I needed less. Also sliped into my GOAL dress today. Still need to loose a little to make it fit really good but it is the first time it has been over my hips in several years.

Plateau: you had it coming!
After three weeks where I weighed 173, then 172, then back UP to 173 (AUGH!!!), I stepped on the scale today and was down to 169!!! Wooohoo! Out of the 170's! I can't believe it! inches gone!!!
Even though I have been hovering around the 10 pound mark for a couple of weeks, I measured myself this morning and I have lost 6 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips. I was even able to put on a size smaller pants this morning. YEAH!!! Hooray for P90x and eating well.
