After only 2 days on low carb
2 days ago i started eating low carb. Let me tell you that I feel l ike i ate alot (more then i usually do) and i have already noticed a difference. i can fit into my jeans better! I think i found the missing link why i wasnt losing weight but i was always exersizing!:bigsmile:

I made it woohoo!!!
At my highest 2 years ago I was 196 lbs. I just made my target weight of 155 lbs. It feels so good. I didn't know about myfitnesspal till a couple months ago and it really helped to get through the last 10 lbs. I feel great and will continue to use this site to help me maintain my weight. I finally reached the point where I'm in the "normal" range for my BMI. I know that you can't rely on that but it's bothered me for so long that I was considered "over weight" and Finally with my weigh in I did it.... BARELY but I did it. Normal is a BMI of under 25 and I'm 24.9:drinker:

FINALLY Met My Goal For August 6th
Uggh, after weeks and weeks of the scale bouncing between 181-183 it finally dropped this morning to 180... I ate no junk yesterday and the scale moved! Guess I've found out what was causing my plateau... no surprise there! Now to get into the 170's... hope I can do it by my official weigh in day!

Had a good week

Being "Overweight" Never Felt So Good!
I weighed in this morning at just under 195 pounds. For my height at 5' 8" that means I am no longer "Obese," but rather just "Overweight." Funny how excited I am about finally being overweight! Only 30 more pounds and I will be in a healthy BMI range! I can't wait!
