I have lost a total of 9 lbs in 3 weeks!
:smile: Great news! Not only have I lost 9 pounds but my clothes are starting to feel looser. Getting back into teaching and exercising really helps me to be consistant. I have also gotten a trainer two times a month to work with weights. I feel so much better!

I don't know if I should be flattered, but I got whistled at today. A total stranger is a wreck of a truck whistled at me as I am walking across a parking lot. After having a long, stressful week at work, and therefore falling off the wagon... I'm back! Went out to dinner tonight, and still didn't go over my calories- had my favorite salad, and loved it! I knew I could and would get back on track, but it's easier once there is 1 day under my belt :smile:
