Conquered the Great Wall
I started on this journey trying to get myself back in shape after losing my husband to cancer (5 year battle), and myself in the process as his primary caregiver. I had an opportunity to go to visit a friend in Asia, and climbed the Great Wall of China in Beijing. Personally I think they should call it the "Great…

The Real Way!!
On Nov 20th I was under 200lbs but the way I got under 200 was tricking the scale which I learned on someones post on here. Weighing yourself that way is not accurate so I went back to weighing myself normal and this morning I hit 198.6!!!!!!! I am so excited and got ready and worked out!

Hey everyone! I started my healthy eating on Oct 13th of this year.
