Anyone use the Arc Trainer!?
Hey, Do any of you use/have an arc trainer!? I belong to Planet Fitness, and use the arc trainer for at least 45 minutes, weight loss setting, level 3, and ususally burn about 500 calories! I love it, but the only thing, my feet and toes sometimes get numb...weird...I know! Anyone else have that problem!?

waking up at the butt crack o' dawn
I have the diet and exercise thing down. I'm in bed by 10 usually..I want to wake up early and get on my treadmill. I cannot bring myself do it. I try everyday, and I snooze all SIX of my alarms and still don't get up! How can I change this :(

i new i shld've walked today!
the craziest thing happened when i neared the end of my walk today...this chihuahua dog jumped out of its owner's car window and blared down the highway chasing Semi Trucks!!!! I helped save him from danger :) and so, i actually walked more than what i figured i would walk ;)

Starting P90X (again) Nov 28....
Was in great shape (last October), completed P90X, could run over 4 miles in 30 min., row (on a C2) over 7.4KM in 30 min - and then I got a promotion and transferred to another citiy and relocated family.
