When do you stop your HRM?
Do you stop it as soon as you 'stop' your exercise? After your cool down? Once your HR gets below the 'fat burn' level? I'm new to HRM usage, but I love it. Just want to know what the done thing is! Thanks!!

Need help with headache
When I do cardio training and I get my heart rate to work out target my head pounds really hard and I have to slow down or stop. Anyone else have a similar problem or have any thoughts? Thanks Marie

MFP v machine calories
So I was curious... when I use the stationary bike or treadmill the calories it says I burn is "X" amount of calories. When I go to MFP to enter my exercise, it gives me a completely different number (usually higher) then what the machine gave me. Which is the accurate amount?
