walk or jog?
Hi pals! Which do you think is more effective in fat burning? Walking at a good pace on a high incline (example 4.5-5.0 speed at 8.0 incline) for 60 minutes. Or jogging at 5.0 no incline for 20-30 minutes? Thanks, Tameka

Wow! How do you do it?
I browsed through a few of the open diaries and have a questions - What type of exercise are you doing? I work out for 30 minutes daily and only burn about 200-300 calories. I notice that many people burn between 400-900 calories in a day! What are you doing to burn that many calories? Thanks for the help!

Bigger, Stronger, Faster
Has anyone else seen this documentary? it's on Netflix for instant view, extremely interesting, basically it's all about how what the media portrays, and what people tell you about steroids are not true, or that they are extremely overdramatized. Its just interesting how they say that only 3 people die every year…

Muscle weighs more than fat. I mean 1lb of something is the same as 1lb of something else hence a Ton of feathers is the same weight as a Ton of bricks. Anyone starting Power90?
I did some mega cleaning yesterday and found the Power90 DVDs I bought last year. I'm going to try the first exercise later today. Looking for Fitness Friends who enjoy fitness more than calo
Hello all. I am looking for friends that are more into fitness than diet. It is so much more fun to burn calories than restrict calories and no burn. Sure nutrition is a must to keep fit. I just look at food as fuel that allow me to do fitness activities. I enjoy running, biking, hiking and P90X. Of course we must keep the…
