Does it matter if I wear shoes or am barefoot during exercise? I prefer to be barefoot, but I'm afraid it messes with the form at times. All the DVDs I have show the instructor wearing shoes. But many yoga videos show them barefoot.

Do you HAVE to eat ALL your excecise calorie? I walked a lot today and still have 700 calories left. And I don't think I could eat that much more, plus I just can't seem to get the scale to go down, or my measurements! I'm getting really frustrated. Any help would be GREAT!!!! Thanks

Just finished d9 l1 of the 30 day shred. I almost complete everything but not quite. Can't do all the push ups and the move where you pull the weights up in front of you my arms wear out. Do I go on to level 2 on Thursday even if I can't quite finish level one? have lost 5 pounds so far!
